When you have to pay someone $475. Especially if it's someone you're not very fond of and you didn't use any of the benefits that paying this amount entitles you to. Also, it is particularly lame when not paying this $475 would result in damaging my credit score. Also, when you don't really have $475, so you put all of your new Christmas money towards the fee, and plan to pay the rest with the first few paychecks from your new job. Ugh, I think I just threw up a little.
Lame. It's just lame.
