I enjoy e-mails in which the subject is "crap, you were right"
particularly when reviewing grammatical rules and misconceptions.
I will clear things up for everyone right now. "Friend" can be used as a verb. "Heart" cannot. Using heart as a verb is like dividing by zero. The world just collapses in on itself. Nobody wants that.
